Our Keytracker software comes with the added functionality of full audit reports. Clicking a few simple buttons will generate a report filled generously with item transactions. The end user will be able to see exactly who has had what keys at any given time.

All reports can be exported to e-mail, or even to a disk file. Our software supports exporting to PDF, Word Doc, RTF (Rich Text Format), CSV, Excel 6+, TSV, HTML, Lotus, RPT (Crystal Reports), ODBC, Paginated Text, Record Style, Report Definition, XML or Plain Text.

If a report is generated by clicking "Report" then "search", the user will be able to view reports following the below criteria: 

Item Reports:

• By Date Time Period.
• By Item And Date Time Period.
• By Item Description.
• By Person Involved And Date Time Period.
• Items Due - By Check Out Date Time Period.
• Items Overdue - By Check Out Date Time Period.
• Check-In By Different Person And Date Time Period.

• Check-Out By Date Time Period.
• All Items - Current Status.
• [Report] Item Report.
• [Report] Item Movements By Time Of Day.
• [Report] Top & Bottom 15 Busiest Items.

Maintenance Reports:

• Issues By Item Code And Date Time Period.

Visitor Reports:

• By Date Time Period.
• By Reason And Date Time Period.
• By person.
